1. Information We Collect
Geolix.ai collects account information (email, name) you provide during sign-up, project configuration (domain, brand, industry) you create, and operational data necessary to deliver detection, diagnosis and content generation features (task records, usage, billing events). Collection is strictly limited to what is needed to provide the service.
2. How We Use Information
We use the data we collect only to: (1) provide and improve Geolix services, including AI engine calls, reports and traffic analytics; (2) handle billing and quota management; (3) perform required security audits and incident investigations; (4) send product updates and operational notices when you have opted in. We do not sell personal data.
3. Third Parties and Sub-processors
To provide the service, we forward query text needed for detection to upstream AI engines (ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini / Doubao / DeepSeek, etc.) and forward billing data necessary for payment to our payment processor (Stripe). Each third party is governed by its own privacy policy.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Account and project data are retained for the lifetime of your account. Deleting a project moves it to a trash with a 30-day cooldown during which it can be restored; once an admin permanently removes it the associated vectors, knowledge-graph data, detection records and generated content are also removed. Traffic analytics data is scoped to the project. To export or fully delete your account, email contact@geolix.ai — we will respond within 30 days.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to store the session token (geolix_token), language and theme preferences (geolix_locale / geolix_theme) and an anonymous visitor fingerprint (geolix_visitor_id, used for dedup). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
